I reserve the right to cancel any order. A follow up email will usually be sent.
Returns
Returns and replacements are accepted for faulty or damaged items. I require pictures of the damage / fault to determine what the next steps are. If an item arrives in a damaged box, please do refuse this item so the courier can post it back to me and I can inspect the damage.
Damaged goods
Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item. This must include:
- Order number
- Picture of the item (close up and full view)
- Picture of the packaging (proof that ive packed it correctly)
-Picture of the box
Non Returnable items:
- Earrings - due to hygiene reasons
- Sale Items
- Personalised Items - I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Refunds
All items returned must arrive back to me in the original condition it was sent out with the exception to damaged beyond repair items - this includes the packaging. The buyer is responsible for the item retuning postage and ensuring it is packaged securely to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Any damage may result in loss of refund.
***Items that don't arrive are non refundable. Please return items via a tracked service, or retain your proof of postage receipt from the post office***
